The Law amends the effective Law, simplifying container registration procedure in transit communication that are delivered and shipped by the water transport.
Pursuant to the document, "in case the cargo is transported in containers that arrived and ship by the water and river transport and during the storage do not cross the borders of one crossing point or zone of customs inspection on the territory of sea trade port, the customs registration is conducted without the submission of cargo customs declaration."
A relevant bill is registered under Reg. No.4270.
